Dear Blackberry...
WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?
What's with the outages, is it cos your selling us all out and sharing your encryption secret with local law enforcement?
You haven't quite stepped out and said anything directly to your customers, an email would be nice (not just some random public statement that we have to Google to find) ... this annoyance comes out of love tho...
I have been faithful to you, why you treat me so bad...
OK, I'll give you credit, when my bold broke, you gave me another for free,
but OS6 does NOT work right on the Bold 9700! why did you rush it?
If your gonna rush things change your development team or increase it, or just create a new OS infrastructure!!!
By the way, I love the playbook... can I have one?
Its great that we can actually play flash videos on it!!! unlike the iPad... which is just a glorified iPod touch really, with a 14" TV attached! [that can't play flash videos... Fail]
Start listening to us Blackberry, start speaking our language, remember us... your loving and adoring fans who continually defend you against the Android and the iWaste... sorry I mean iPhone.
Stop pushing so hard on the corporate stuff, you already dominate that market, start pushing on the 'young and trendy' market.
Blackberry's are the coolest gadget that have just become a university standard. You just don't exist if you don't have a blackberry!
your marketing dept needs the sack (and i don't mean they need sleep)
here's an awesome company to market you correctly www.livity.co.uk - they have done amazing things with MTV, Ch4 (UK) and Red Bull just to name a couple of big fish they've swam with. Their campaigns are just off the chain and because of the other community projects they do in their building they have tons of access to your target demographic and the real creativity to pull of incredible stuff... call them now, ask for Sam... tell him Allan/ Knowledge gave you his number! +44 (0)20 7326 5979
OK, rant over now... back to what you were doing :)
(don't forget to call Sam though...)
